The Center Cannot Hold (an adaptation of the novel Things Fall Apart by Prof. Chinua Achebe).
The stage play is produced by All-Africa Theatre and directed by Valentine Ekweanua. Performances at Cullen Performace Hall on the campus of the University of Houston.
Experience an 1890 portrayal of the clash between Nigeria's white colonial government and the traditional customs of the native Igbo people of Nigeria, West Africa.
This is a story of a strong, courageous man, Okonkwo, whose life is dominated by anger, success, fear, and failure.
This play is intriguing, captivating and mind blowing, it is a must see.
